The CrossFit Games Open is all but a distant memory. We've taken a few weeks to recover with some volume building, partner workouts, general aerobic work, and some structural balance pieces.
Over the next two weeks, we will go through a testing period. Based on the results we will set some priorities for the upcoming training period to start following Golden Week.
Make sure you are logging your results each day using WodUP! This will help make sure we get a more accurate assessment of the strengths and weaknesses throughout the gym.
If you don't make it in for a workout, try to make up the workouts during Open Gym on Fridays or during the Open Gym days during Golden Week.
