The Class Schedule below is for current Chikara Members. 

If you are new to CrossFit or interested in becoming a member, click: Start Here.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel your registration if you are unable to attend class at least 1hr prior to the class scheduled start time.  

    • Late cancellations will be charged a ¥1,000 fee.  
    • No Shows will be charged ¥2,000.

WORKOUT

Total Workout Time: 20 Minutes

The Menu:

1.) Hollow Hold/Rock
2.) Squat Hold
3.) Superman (Global Extension)
4.) Dolphin/Dynamic Elbow Plank Dog

Complete a full Tabata Protocol for each movement (i.e. 20 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST, 8 rounds = 4 minutes), then take 60 of rest to think about how awesome you are before doing the next movement.
