Simple but not easy.
AMRAP 12 Minutes:
2 Push-Ups
3 Squats
4 PU
6 SQ
6 PU
9 SQ
8 PU
13 SQ
10 PU
15 SQ
...etc. Keep adding 2 push-ups and 3 squats each round. Go for broke!
