Virtual Memberships Start September!

Do you want to stay fit while staying at home? 

Join Chikara’s Virtual community to focus on your health while staying at home!


Our virtual classes are for anyone and everyone, especially if you would like to have a healthier lifestyle or need some company in order to be accountable with your home workout routine. 


You can also save your commuting time and maximize your productivity in your other responsibilities. 


Chikara Live Virtual Classes are the best way! All you need is a stable internet connection and your phone, iPad, or laptop computer to participate!


All the workouts can be done without any equipment. If you have some equipment, that is ok too! 


Our highly skilled, watchful coach can scale any workout according to your level and equipment availability to provide you the best experience possible and maximum results! 


Virtual classes are held 5 days a week ー 

  • 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 

  • 7:15pm on Wednesdays and Fridays

  • 7:15am on Sundays.  

Each class is 45 minutes long, and includes a warm up, intention of the workout, then the workout itself, along with cooldown skill exercises, stretching, or even mindfulness practice.



  • Live Virtual classes with a coach

  • 5 days/wk At Home Workout program

  • Monthly check-in with a coach (15 minutes)

  • Access to an app for scoring and workout tracking (WodUp)

  • Access to our Online Facebook Community page for daily support, motivation, updates, and laughs.     

  • Option to join Coach Otoya’s Mindful Eating Program through Private FB group page (3 months - additional fees apply)
