For intermediate athletes familiar with barbell strength training. Includes 3 personal training sessions to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit Training.

QUICKSTART

For advanced athletes that have previous CrossFit experience. Includes 1 personal training session to assess your current fitness level and get you set up in our coaching system.
