Hello Chikara, we hope you had a great holiday season and are settling back into your weekly routines.

There are a couple of things to look forward to over the next couple of months that we wanted to share with you.

Need some help getting those New Year resolutions to stick? Join the Chikara Team for the Whole Life Challenge.

The WLC is a 6-week challenge starting tomorrow, 19 February, where you check in each day after completing 7 habits that include nutrition, workout, sleep, etc.

You can pick the level you want to play at, and you'll get tons of support along the way.

In February we will go through a testing period implementing the Level Method.

The Level Method is an innovative way to test and progress your fitness. It does this by using a MAP -Method of Athletic Progression.

The Level Method uses a lot of the same principles we have always had in terms of improving overall fitness, but lays it out in clear and direct way.

The MAP delivers tangible, achievable and incremental goals that are easy to follow.

CrossFit Games Open

The Open is CrossFit's largest all-inclusive event. It is where the Chikara community comes together for 5 weeks to compete in the same events with hundreds of thousands of other CrossFit athletes from around the globe.
