Our group classes are for you if you are looking for general fitness, a team player, and thrive in a social environment. It’s kind of like playing a sport and a coach is there to guide you through the workouts.

CrossFit Class

This is classic CrossFit: Core Strength and Conditioning.

Some days, you will lift heavy weights. Some days, you will practice challenging but fun bodyweight gymnastic skills. Some days, you’ll perform workouts that have a mixture of anything you can think of.

Open Gym

Throughout the day, open gym sessions are available to book.  This is a great opportunity to work on specific skills or make up workouts you have missed.  A coach is available to help you get set up and answer any questions.

Small Group Training is for you if you’d like a personalized touch, but don’t want to go at it completely alone.
