Holidays
When a holiday occurs during the week, we will have Holiday Open Gym on that day from 8:30am - 12:00pm.
Wednesdays during weeks with a holiday will become regular CrossFit Class.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their booking and get a credit if they cancel before the credit cut-off period. Sessions purchased using pre-paid packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically added back to their package or usage limit. Other purchases will be returned as credits to the customer's account.

Credit Cut-Off Period: 1 Hour
Late Cancellation Period: 8 Hours
Appointments
Credit Cut-Off Period: 12 Hours
Late Cancellation Period: 24 Hours
Late Cancel Fee
Starting with the 2nd cancellation in the previous 30 days, customers will be charged a ￥1,000 penalty fee if they cancel within the Late Cancellation Period
No-Show Fee
Starting with the 2nd incident in the previous 30 days, customers will be charged a ￥2,000 penalty fee if they do not attend a session for which they registered.
Reserve your spot
Reserve your spot in class or open gym by clicking "Book now" below.
For classes with limited capacity, you can reserve a spot online until 15 minutes before class begins. You can also cancel through our online registration system called Momence.
